About the CLCC Coach Training
ICF-Accredited Coach Training
Our Level 1 program prepares you for an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation. Your coaching credential can be used to start a private coaching practice, step into leadership, and increase your courage and confidence. You’ll know that you are attending a program with rigor that has been reviewed end-to-end to ensure it is aligned with industry coaching competencies.
Note: some coach training providers say they’re “ICF Accredited” on the basis of offering Continuing Coach Education units (CCEs). That’s not true “accreditation” that can prepare you for an ACC credential. Our entire curriculum and our facilitators have been vetted by the International Coaching Federation.
Affordable + Supportive Coach Training
You may want to become a coach but you don’t have the time or money to quit your job, which is why our program is 1/3 the cost of other programs, and the schedule is designed to support working professionals and parents. We hold synchronous/live sessions 2x a week, and you can flexibly complete asynchronous program homework or coaching sessions as it fits with your schedule.
You’ll complete our training program in just ten hours a week. Many of our participants start taking on paying clients even before they graduate!
Small Group, High Touch Coach Training Model
We don’t do “factory coaching” where we churn through participants or cookie-cutter formulas that train everyone to coach in the same way. We use an experiential learning model where you practice what you’re learning. With supportive guidance, you’ll start coaching and receiving targeted feedback to develop your unique coaching style.
Our small group cohorts allow participants to learn and grow together, without people coming and going for different parts of training. Our average cohort size is under 30 people, and we’ve worked with coaches from all over the world, all age groups, and all walks of life.
