Somatic Coach Training
Somatic Coach training that goes beyond strategy and “being in your head,” and helps clients to get into their bodies and tap into their intuition.
Somatic Coach Training
What if the answers your clients are looking for aren't in their heads?
Most people have been taught to think their way through problems. Analyze. Logic. Pros-and-cons list. And sometimes that works. But for a lot of people, thinking harder isn't the issue. They already know what they know. The problem is that they've been so conditioned to override their instincts, second-guess their gut, and defer to "rational" thinking that they've lost access to the deeper intelligence that was there all along.
Somatic coaching works with that deeper intelligence.
This concentration teaches you how to help clients tune into their bodies as a source of wisdom — not just their minds. How to access intuition, recognize internal signals, and make decisions that are aligned not just with what makes sense on paper, but with what's true for them at a level that goes beyond words.
And before you ever bring this work to a client, you'll apply it to yourself.
What Somatic Coaching Actually Is
Somatic coaching is particularly powerful for clients who tend to feel first and articulate second. People who have always sensed that there's more going on beneath the surface of their thoughts — but haven't had a framework or a guide to help them access it.
As a coach with specialized somatic training, you'll be able to help those clients:
Develop immediate, reliable access to their own internal sense of knowing. Recognize how they habitually respond to life's challenges — not just cognitively, but physically and emotionally. Reach deeper levels of self-awareness that go beyond what traditional talk-based coaching can access. Emerge with greater confidence and a genuine embodiment of what they already know to be true about themselves.
This is coaching that meets people where they actually live — in their bodies, their instincts, their felt experience of being alive.
What You’ll Learn in our Health Coach Training
This concentration gives you both the personal foundation and the practical skills to bring somatic coaching into your work with confidence:
How somatic coaching accesses a deeper layer of wisdom than cognitive coaching alone — and how to help clients tap into that layer in real time.
How to work with sensation and emotion as coaching data, including how to navigate "edge states" — those moments when a client is approaching the boundary of what they can comfortably hold — with skill and ethical care.
Applied practices for integrating somatics and mindfulness into everyday awareness, so that this way of working becomes less of a technique you deploy and more of a way you show up.
Frequently Asked Questions about Health + Wellness Coach Training

This concentration is for coaches who have always sensed that the most important part of a coaching conversation isn't what gets said — it's what's happening underneath the words.
It's for coaches who are drawn to depth. Who know that insight alone doesn't create change. Who want to help clients access the kind of self-knowledge that doesn't come from thinking harder, but from learning to listen differently.
It's also particularly well-suited for coaches who identify as highly sensitive, deeply intuitive, or someone who has always felt more than they've been able to articulate. You already understand this terrain from the inside. This training gives you the skills to guide others through it.
